Hem Cord Attachment
The Hem Cord Attachment will produce a 1" Hem Weld with a rigid or flexible cord inserted in the hem. The weld will be tight around the cord for use in extruded aluminium channels for construction of Air Structures, Awnings, Tents, Truck Covers, Side Curtains etc.
       
Flat Hem Attachment
The Flat Hem Attachment will produce a 1" Hem Weld completely sealed to the inside edge. This new attachment is ideal for fabricating Banners, Flags, Awnings, Tarps, and Covers, where a clean flat rigid edge is needed for accepting grommets or making a nice clean edge.
       
Tube Guide Attachment
The Tube Guide Attachment will allow the fabricator to produce a specific size tube on a continuous basis. It is adjustable from approximately 1.3" to 11.5" diameter. Ideal for fabricating Bladder Bags, Flotation Tubes, Ventilation Tubes, Filtration Socks, Sandbags etc.
       
Acrylic Tape Attachment
The new Acrylic Tape Attachment allows the fabricator to now weld acrylic and other non-thermal bonding materials. This tested and proven method will produce overlap, hem cord and flat hem welds with your existing Triad welder, resulting in an extremely strong, durable, waterproof seal.
       
       
Different Welds That Can Be Achieved:
       
Overlap Weld - 1/2" to 2" weld width
       
Hem Weld - Adjustable
       
Fin Weld - 1/2" to 2" weld width
       
Tube Weld - 1 1/2" diameter and up
       
Sleeve Weld - 1" diameter and up
       
Insert Cable Weld - Insert cable into hem while welding, 7/8" max.
       
Tape Weld - Up to 2" solid weld width
       
Channel Weld - With split wedge for air channel testing
       
Butt Weld - Join two sheets with tape up to 2" width
       
Hem Cord - Completed with Hem Cord Attachment
       
Flat Hem - Completed with Flat Hem Attachment
